



So, today we finally made it to the mummy & me yoga class! Ive been trying to go for the last 3 months but each time something has gotten in the way (or I was too exhausted!).
The class was really great. The first hour was intense yoga workout mainly for the mums and we used our babies as a part of the yoga positions. For instance on our stomach doing situps or lying on our knees and we lift the legs up and down.
The last 30 minutes of the class were for the babies and we sang and did yoga positions for the babies, rocking them back and forth, arms up and down etc. Alva loved it and giggled through the whole class!
Afterwards, we went to Primrose Hill and laid on the grass in the sunshine. Perfect!
