Norfolk

"Guten tag."

Afternoon tea! Yummm.

The famous Norfolk beach houses

The weekend before we moved, we went to Norfolk to celebrate Klaus' birthday.

It is a lovely place but next time we go,I hope Alva will walk as its impossible to push a pram along the beach...lets just say that we didnt get too far!

However, we did go on a boat trip to watch the beautiful seals which line the coast.

First time at the playground

So we have been here for almost a week now. Klaus is settling in well at work and is already away on a business trip to Berlin.

I am currently finding it slightly harder to adjust as I dont really know what to do with my days. I dont know anyone in Sweden and I dont know how the system works, so its a learning curve and things will take time for sure. I miss London a lot and all my friends but I hope things will get better with time.

In the meantime,we have made our first visit to the playground which is only 100 meters from our house. Alva loves the swing and could probably sit there all day. Our area (Sodermalm)is really great with wonderful cafes and playgrounds, so once Alva gets a little bit older this would be a perfect place to live.
